Beavers Chief Scout Award

Beavers in their last year are eligible to undertake the Beaver's Chief Scout Award. This is a significant achievment for any Beaver and requires a lot of work, personal drive and parental support to complete. The full requirements for the badge are listed in the image below.

We will be working with all of our final year Beavers, who will move to Cubs next September, to complete their two Adventure Skills badges to Stage 2. We will also make sure they have an opportunity to go on their 10km expedition walk. Each Beaver will also need to attend either the Spring or Summer camp to be eligible for the award.

Beavers will have to complete their four Special Interest badges in their own time. Many of them will already have completed their first one. They will need to agree their remaining badges with the leaders and make sure they complete one each from the Skill, Physical, Community and Environment areas.

The cost for entry is €5 and is only payable on completion.
